Nicolas K. Theocharides – Chief Executive Officer & Company Executive Director
Mr Theocharides MBA, ACIB, has more than 19 years of banking experience and spent many years working as a Manager in the International Business Sector of Hellenic Bank Ltd in Nicosia. Until recently, he was Head of Private Banking of Hellenic Bank.

Elpida Papastylianou – Chief Financial Controller & Company Executive Director
Mrs Papastylianou, CPA, member of the ICPAC, has 12 years post qualification experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She left as a senior manager from PwC in the year 2005 to become General Manager of an international group in Cyprus.

Elena Constantinou – Head of Asset Management & Company Executive Director
Ms Constantinou, an Associate Member of the SII UK, has been with private banking since 1999, when she started working for HSBC Republic Bank as a Private Banking Executive. She then joined Hellenic Bank Private Banking in 2002 as a Private Banking Advisor, a position she held until recently.
